Q: How does the ordering process work?

Q: What is a Proof?
A: A Proof is a Low Resolution Image that I will email you. From that you can let me know if it's what you want or if changes need to be made.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: All cards are shipped USPS Priority Mail and you should receive your order in 2-7 business days.
**Allow extra time during the holidays. If you would like to have them shipped Second Day Air or Overnight, there is an extra charge.
Q: How do I order what I want?
A: You can either order one of the designs you see or I can custom make one for you at no extra charge. Just go to the Custom Page, fill out the form and submit it. On the ordering form in the comments box you can make any special requests for colors, wording, graphic elements, images, borders, patterns, etc.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Once I've emailed you your proof and you've approved it, you will receive an email from Google Checkout. An invoice will be included in this, with a link to Google Checkout. If you already have an account set up with them, you'll just need to log in. If you don't have one, you will need to create one. They accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Q: Do I get envelopes with my cards?
A: Yes. You get White Envelopes with the Photo Cards and the Folded Greeting Cards. They will come with your cards, so I am unable to send them ahead of time. I also cannot have them printed with any information.
Q: What type of paper are my cards printed on? A: They are printed on 100% cotton paper, linen, or heavy card stock
Q: Can I change the colors on a card?
A: Yes. You can change any of the colors. If there is a boy card that you would like for a girl, I can change it to more girly colors, etc.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel at any time prior to your card being sent to the printers. Once the order has been sent to print, you will be charged in full.
Q: What if there is a certain style of card or a different size that I would like?
A: Just send me an email with what you would like and I'll see if I can get it for you and I'll give you a price quote. Right now I'm working on adding some new items, so just ask!
